First Quarter 2018 Hobby Progress - Terrain, Star Eagles, and Buggies!

I haven't had a post in a while, so I figured I should do one before the first three months of 2019 is over.

Goldensprue Cup Terrain

The Goldensprue Cup GT was a success again and there was a lot of terrain to be made for that. This included a "Sprue City" battlefield and two Ork battlefields thanks to Frontline Gaming and some help from my buddy, Pat.

Star Eagles

I painted up the three Aggressors at the end of January and the Inceptors at the end of February. I royally screwed up the steps on the Aggressors because I failed to refer to my formula notes before starting work.

Buggies

I picked up a bunch of buggies at Da Boyz GT in 2017 and I've been champing at the bit to get them done. Here are the results of that work for March.

What's Next?

I thoroughly enjoyed painting these buggies and I think I want to move on to the Gorkanaut model I picked up at the Portal GT last year. I'm looking forward to doing an Apocalypse game at Flipside early this summer, so I'd love to get the rest of the Ork models I have built and painted before them. The only thing I'm wondering is, should I build the Repulsor I have as a second Repulsor or as a third Gorkanaut? Decisions, decisions.
